Showtime Studios is a streetwear brand operated as a sole proprietorship by Matthew D Scaife. References to "we," "us," "our," and "Showtime Studios" in this policy refer to that entity. Our website is showtimestudios.store. You can reach us at hello@showtimestudios.store.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, sign up for SMS marketing, or place an order, how we use that information, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Information you give us directly
- Phone number — when you sign up to receive marketing SMS via a form on our site.
- Name, email, shipping address, and payment information — when you place an order through our Shopify-powered checkout.
- Customer service communications — when you reply to our SMS or email us at hello@showtimestudios.store.
Information we collect automatically
- Browsing data — pages visited, time on page, referrer URL, device type, browser, IP address (used to determine approximate location).
- Cookies and similar technologies — including Meta (Facebook) Pixel for ad attribution and remarketing, and Shopify session cookies for shopping cart functionality.
Information from third parties
- Payment processors — Shopify Payments / Shop Pay returns transaction confirmations and shipping status.
- SMS platform — GoHighLevel and its SMS provider (Twilio) return delivery confirmations and opt-in/opt-out status.
- Ad platforms — Meta and TikTok may return ad-attribution data tied to your visit.
How we use your information
- Fulfill orders — process payments, ship products, send order confirmations and shipping updates.
- Marketing SMS — send drop launch announcements, early-access alerts, and discount codes to phone numbers that have opted in. See our SMS Terms for details.
- Customer service — respond to questions, returns requests, and disputes.
- Improve our site and products — analyze browsing patterns to understand which products and pages perform.
- Targeted advertising — show you ads on Meta and TikTok based on your interactions with our site.
- Legal compliance — comply with tax obligations, respond to subpoenas, prevent fraud.
Who we share it with
Mobile information sharing — SMS opt-in data is never shared. No mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent) is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support of the SMS service we provide (specifically GoHighLevel and Twilio for message delivery, opt-in/opt-out management, and compliance) is permitted only to the extent necessary to deliver the SMS program. All other categories described in this policy exclude SMS opt-in data from sharing.
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers we use to run the business:
- Shopify — hosting our checkout, processing payments, managing inventory and orders.
- GoHighLevel — managing our customer contacts and SMS marketing.
- Twilio — sending and receiving SMS messages through GoHighLevel.
- Cloudflare — managing our domain DNS and email forwarding.
- Vercel — hosting our website.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok — running advertising campaigns and measuring their effectiveness via pixels.
- Shipping carriers — USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar to deliver your order.
- Legal authorities — when required by law, subpoena, or court order.
Each of these providers has its own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review them.
SMS marketing
Opting in to our SMS list requires affirmative consent — submitting your phone number on a form that displays clear disclosure of the program. We send 1–3 messages per month, primarily for drop launches, early access, and limited promotional offers. Message and data rates may apply. Cookies and tracking
Our site uses cookies and pixels for:
- Essential cookies — keep your shopping cart working, remember whether you've unlocked the site.
- Analytics cookies — measure traffic patterns and improve the site.
- Advertising cookies and pixels — Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel for ad attribution and remarketing.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent the site from working correctly.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

- Request deletion of your personal information
- Correct inaccurate information
- Opt out of SMS marketing (reply STOP) or email marketing (unsubscribe link)
- Opt out of targeted advertising (browser-level Do Not Track + Meta/TikTok ad preferences)

- Lodge a complaint with a privacy regulator (e.g., California Attorney General, your state AG, or EU data protection authority)

California residents
If you're a California resident, you have specific rights under the CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the right to delete that information, the right to opt out of "sales" of personal information (we don't sell), and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Data retention
We retain customer information for as long as your account or subscription is active and as long as needed to provide services. Order records are retained for 7 years to meet tax and accounting obligations. SMS subscribers who opt out are removed from active marketing within 24 hours of receiving the STOP keyword, though we retain the opt-out record indefinitely to honor your choice across future signups.
Children's privacy
Our site and SMS program are not intended for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us at hello@showtimestudios.store and we'll delete it promptly.
International users
Showtime Studios is based in the United States, and Drop 001 ships within the U.S. only. If you visit our site from outside the U.S., your information is transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
Security
We rely on industry-standard security practices through our service providers (Shopify, Vercel, Cloudflare, GoHighLevel) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. If we make material changes, we'll notify subscribers via SMS or email and post a notice on our site.
